The 1788 Senate Election in Maryland

On December 10, 1788, the legislature of Maryland chose two senators, one from the Western Shore and one from the Eastern Shore. The balloting was as follows:

Carrol was this elected for the Western Shore, and Henry for the Eastern Shore.
